The Contreras brothers are an example of perfectly executed generational succession. Their first step was to focus on specialty coffee production. Subsequently, hand in hand with Right Side Coffee, they have increased their knowledge and infrastructure, reflecting technique and precision in their processes.

Thanks to this teamwork and mutual support, today we can enjoy this Castillo variety lot processed with an exclusive Anaerobic Honey recipe. This recipe is part of the series of post-harvest processes in which we carry out various experiments in fermentation and drying to further highlight the unique origin characteristics of each coffee bean.
